The Foot Soldiers are:

DAVID BRAVEY(AKA GRADE ONE)
David starting making music 4 years ago after doing a music production course. While at college he met marvin (aka mr.mention) and leon (aka impact) they started making tunes and formed hiphop group The Foot Soldiers.

While producing for The Foot Soldiers david has done remixes and notably worked with Dirty white from Big Audio Dynamite on a remix of Days for David Bowie. He also has worked with various rappers on productions for their tracks.

David has djed at venues in London and Wales, and played alongside Pressure Drop at vip parties. He is currently working on tracks for a forthcoming Foot Soldiers album. They have taken their studio work out to London Venues, having recently played a gig at the Hard Rock Cafe. David is also currently teaching Music Technology.
 

LEON EDMONDSON (AKA IMPACT)
Leon starting making music 4 years ago after doing a performing arts course. Whilst at college he met marvin (aka mr.mention) and david (aka grade one) they then when on to form hip hop group The Foot Soldiers.

Leon teaches 7-11 year olds drama on the weekends at Bromley Churchill Theatre and Hotshots Academy of performing arts.

Also Leon is a talented performance poet. Recent performances include the Vibe bar, Apples and Snakes at Battersea Arts Centre and at the Fast Forward summer program in Trafalgar Square for which he was described as one of "the literary stars of the future".

He is currently in the studio writing tracks with The Foot Soldiers.

MARVIN HALL (AKA MR.MENTION)
Marvin starting making music 4 years ago after doing a music production course. While at college he met david (aka Grade one) and leon (aka impact) they started making tunes and formed hiphop group The Foot Soldiers. While rapping for The Foot Soldiers marvin has done vocals for other producers and has recently done vocals for a remix of a David Bowie track.

Marvin has also performed at various venues throughout London such as the hackney empire, millennium dome and equinox. He has also done various battles in London and has had good responses from his crowds. Marvin recently completed a couple of months of presenting a hip hop show on Tls fm coming out of brixton where he will be returning next year.

He is currently working on tracks for a forthcoming Foot Soldiers album.
